Una has been operating in the catering business for the past 20 years, owning her own restaurant and has cheffed in others. Una formed Inhouse Catering in 2003 and has developed a simple, but fresh and authentic style menu applying her own twist on things. Una has recently branded her own pate from her Kitchen in Kinsale, which is both HSE and HAACP approved (Food Safety Authority of Ireland).
Una buys all her produce locally and uses mostly organic food where possible. She grows her own herbs and all food is prepared especially for the client on pretty red platters. [See our gallery] This allows you to party while she cooks and she will leave the kitchen in a better way than she found it. Una offers a private cheffing service as well as catering for private functions and has cooked for the Japanese ambassador to Ireland recently!
The idea behind Inhouse Catering is to take the stress out of catering at home or in the office!
Simple and good is the ethos.
